Greg Williams has been a part of the entertainment industry since 1983. He started in the
projection, display and live and to television industry and gravitated toward film in 1991.
Through his experience in management and technical consulting, Greg has represented some
of the biggest camera and equipment suppliers in Canada, including William F. White and
Panavision. Greg has also served as a Managing Partner in Tellavision and Camera
Department/Dazmo supplying Camera, Video Assist & video playback equipment to the Film
and Television industry.
His reach is endless, as he has contributed to countless international productions and some of
the biggest shows in Canada, including Bride of Chucky, Snow Day, Mean Girls, How to Lose
a Guy in 10 Days, Fifty Cent, New York Minute, Against The Ropes, Shall We Dance, Saw V,
VI, Pacific Rim, Fargo Season 3, Ghost Busters 2020, Jann Season 2 & 3, Reacher in 2021,
Pretty Hard Cases Season 2. Greg has also executively produced two short films and two
independent feature films.
In 1997, Greg began to focus on High-Definition camera and playback systems and has had a
close link to this technology ever since, including attending the Sante Fe HD workshop and the Sony HD Technicians course at Sony of Canada.
Greg also provides valuable consultation with Producers and Production Mangers on Cameras, Video Assist equipment and transmission. He also demonstrates the utmost generosity as he assists young filmmakers and local Colleges and Universities with his experience and equipment, to help complete their films.
Greg’s latest aspirations are working with:
Reelvibez Studios in Jamaica, setting up a film Studio with rental facility and an
educational centre attached to it.
Line producing and brokering production and equipment deals between Canada,
Jamaica, Barbados, Mexico, and Australia.
Slogan Entertainment as the company Treasurer and assisting the President in landing a
few co-production deals in Mexico, Greece and in the US.
